Terms of Service
Version: 0.1 Last updated: 2026-05-15 Governing law: Kingdom of Thailand
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Company that operates this platform ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or using any feature of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Service.
A Thai-language version of these Terms is published at the same URL path with _th suffix. The English and Thai versions are intended to have the same legal effect. Where any ambiguity arises, the version in the language of the User's account interface controls for that User.
2. Defined terms
- Partner Broker — a third-party foreign-exchange (forex) brokerage firm with which the Service has an Introducing Broker arrangement.
- Introducing Broker (IB) — the Service's role under its arrangement with each Partner Broker. The Service introduces Users to Partner Brokers and receives a share of the commission those brokers earn from User trading activity.
- Rebate — the portion of broker commission that the Service returns to a User, calculated and paid in accordance with Section 5.
- Referred Friend — a person who creates an account through a User's referral code or link.
- USDT-TRC20 — the Tether stablecoin issued on the Tron blockchain network, used as the payout asset for Rebates.
- Wallet — a cryptocurrency address controlled by the User to which Rebates are sent.
3. What the Service is — and what it is not
The Service is an Introducing Broker that:
- Helps you open or link an account with a Partner Broker;
- Tracks the broker commission that the Partner Broker pays to the Service in respect of your trading activity;
- Pays you a Rebate calculated as a share of that commission, on a monthly cycle.
The Service is not a broker, a dealer, a market-maker, or a custodian. The Service does not hold your money, does not execute trades on your behalf, does not quote prices, and does not route orders. All money, all trades, all margin, and all positions remain at the Partner Broker. The relationship between you and the Partner Broker is governed by the broker's own client agreement, which you accept directly with the broker.
The Service does not provide investment advice, trading signals, portfolio management, or any personalised financial recommendation. Nothing on the Service or in any communication from the Service constitutes a solicitation, offer, or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
4. Eligibility
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and of legal capacity to enter contracts in your jurisdiction of residence;
- Not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where the Service or the relevant Partner Broker is prohibited or restricted by law;
- Not be subject to any applicable economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or anti-money-laundering watchlists;
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
We may verify your identity at any time and may suspend or close your account if verification fails or if we have a reasonable belief that you are not eligible.
5. Rebates and payouts
Rebates accrue automatically based on data reported to us by the Partner Broker. The accrual rate (e.g., dollars per traded lot, or a percentage of commission) is published on the Service's broker-list page and may be updated from time to time on a forward-looking basis. Changes do not affect Rebates that have already accrued for a closed calendar month.
Rebates are calculated monthly. After the calendar month closes, the Service reconciles broker reports, finalises the calculation, and pays out the User's Rebate in USDT-TRC20 to the User's bound Wallet within the published payout window (target: within five business days after month close, subject to broker reporting timeliness).
The Service does not pay Rebates in cash or to bank accounts. The only payout rail is USDT-TRC20 to a Wallet that the User has bound to their account and held through the cooldown period described in the Service's wallet-binding flow.
The Service may withhold, reverse, or claw back any Rebate that is (a) attributable to trading the Partner Broker has classified as abusive, fraudulent, latency-arbitrage, or otherwise outside the broker's permitted activity; (b) attributable to a Partner Broker commission that the Partner Broker has itself reversed; (c) the result of a calculation error; or (d) attributable to activity that violates these Terms. The Service will record any such adjustment in the User's ledger.
6. Referrals
A User may invite Referred Friends to the Service. Where the Service has published a referral commission (e.g., 5% of the Referred Friend's Rebate), that commission is paid into the inviting User's ledger and follows the same monthly payout cycle as ordinary Rebates. There is exactly one tier of referral. The Service does not operate, and does not support, multi-level structures of any kind. A Referred Friend's own Rebate is unaffected by the referral.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Open multiple accounts to evade limits, sanctions, or terminations;
- Submit false identity information, or use another person's identity;
- Engage in any trading pattern at the Partner Broker that violates the broker's terms (latency arbitrage, prohibited expert advisors, hedging across accounts to harvest rebates with no real market exposure, etc.);
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or place automated load on the Service beyond normal interactive use;
- Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal purpose.
Breach of this section is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of the account and forfeiture of unpaid Rebates.
8. Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if we have a reasonable basis to believe a User has breached these Terms, has provided false information, is subject to a regulator's or Partner Broker's action, or presents a fraud or compliance risk. We will notify the User of the reason where lawful and practical to do so.
A User may close their own account at any time by written request to the contact address below. On closure, any Rebate that has been calculated and approved but not yet paid will be paid out in the next ordinary cycle if a valid Wallet is bound; otherwise the User must bind a valid Wallet within ninety (90) days, after which unclaimed balances are forfeit.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the total Rebate amount paid by the Service to that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, including any trading losses suffered by the User at the Partner Broker. The Service is not the User's broker and bears no responsibility for the User's trading outcomes.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally first. If informal resolution fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum the User is entitled to under Thai law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by in-product banner, email, or dashboard notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Contact
For legal inquiries, complaints, or notices under these Terms, use the contact channel published on the Service's site footer.
